Rehlko became a stand-alone entity in May 2024 when Platinum Equity completed a transaction with Kohler Company to establish then-Kohler Energy as a stand-alone business. Platinum Equity is the majority owner of Rehlko with Kohler Company remaining an investment partner. Kohler Energy rebranded as Rehlko in September 2024. Learn more here.

The Kohler name has a hundred years of experience attached to it. The Rehlko name preserves the same letters and puts the emphasis on where we’re headed, building on our rich legacy. Our first two letters R and E capture our focus on resilience and honor our past while propelling us into the future.
In our new logomark, three arrows come together to form a sophisticated, ownable symbol. It captures a sense of energy and forward motion while representing our past, present and future, signaling the progress and innovation that are core to Rehlko.
