José Caballero Pinto
José is the Chief Operating Officer (COO), leading a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring we do everything possible to create a safe work environment that delivers our promise to customers of high quality, performance, on-time delivery, and cost effectiveness. Jose oversees global manufacturing, production, supply chain, transportation, facilities, and health & safety.
Originally from Mexico, José joined Rehlko from Johnson Controls where he was the Vice President of U.S. Operations. Before that, José was the Vice President of Global Operations for Collins Aerospace, where he transformed the weakest-performing factories into the strongest by prioritizing safety and people, quality, delivery, and cost. Throughout his career, he has progressed in executive management roles with Bombardier, Dana, Ingersoll Rand, and General Electric. José holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Monterrey, a master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He also graduated from the Advanced Management Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt, and Toyota Production System with advanced coursework at INSEAD and GE’s Crontonville University.
