Ben Cordani

Ben leads Rehlko as Chief Human Resources Officer since 2023 and is charged with making sure we have the best people, structure, and development to achieve our lofty goals. He has global responsibility for all human resources teams along with governance of employee benefits, compensation, labor relations and organizational and talent development. Ben also oversees the company's efforts in team member engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion. Ben continues to support the Transition Management Office governance function.  

Ben brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience with Caterpillar Inc. where he held a wide variety of roles in Human Resources, Public Relations, Operations Strategy, Governmental Affairs, and Trade Compliance. Ben lived and worked in Beijing, China, where he led Asia-Pacific Operations Strategy and served as the HR Director for China and Japan. Ben was the Washington DC-based Manager of Governmental Affairs and HR Director for Caterpillar’s Global Mining business.  

Ben is a Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a degree in Mass Communications from Illinois State University, and has completed coursework through the South Dakota School of Mines and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania Executive Education program.
