Nathan Matson
Chief Financial Officer
Nathan Matson serves as Chief Financial Officer of Rehlko, where he leads the company’s global finance organization and partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. He oversees financial planning, enterprise risk management, capital structure and investment decisions, and M&A activity that advances the company’s long-term growth strategy. Nathan also directs the development of the company’s financial operating framework to ensure strong discipline, transparency, and performance across the business.
Nathan played a central leadership role in transforming the former Kohler Energy business into Rehlko, guiding the financial separation and establishing the foundation for the company’s independent operations. He joined the organization in 2021 as Vice President and Controller and was promoted to Group CFO in 2022, where he helped design the financial infrastructure, governance model, and performance disciplines that support Rehlko’s growth as a standalone enterprise. Earlier in his career, he held a broad range of finance roles across global businesses, including corporate treasury, costing, and international finance. During this time, he spent six years living overseas and working in China and Italy, gaining extensive global operating experience and a deep understanding of complex international markets.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Marquette University.
