Nathan Matson

As Chief Financial Officer, Nathan oversees all aspects of Rehlko's finance operations globally, acting as a strategic business partner to the CEO and business leaders, and manage M&A activity to fuel our profitable growth. He and his team will create the financial operating framework, manage and track our success while minimizing risk, and manage the company’s investments and capital structure.

Nathan joined Kohler Co. in 2005 as part of the Finance Trainee program and has held various positions of increasing responsibility including Corporate Treasury Analyst, Manager – Costing – K&B APAC, Controller – Global Engines, and Controller – Global Faucets. During his tenure, he spent six years living overseas and working in China and Italy. In 2021, Nathan joined the Energy Group as VP & Controller and was promoted to Group CFO in 2022.

He earned both his bachelor’s degree in finance and MBA from Marquette University.
