Dawn Boland

Dawn Boland leads the Rehlko global legal, corporate compliance, international trade, and regulatory compliance teams to build and protect our reputation for excellence.  

With over 20 years of extensive legal experience, Dawn’s primary mission is to ensure execution of our strategic objectives through corporate governance, risk management, and commercial excellence. She will develop a legal strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, overseeing budget, resource allocation, and vendor selection for legal services for all businesses globally. 

Dawn previously worked at Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation, where she held Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary roles from 2020-2024. Her previous positions include Chief Legal Office, General Counsel, and Secretary for the Wounded Warrior Project and Actuant Corporation (Enerpac Tool Group); external general counsel at Boland Law Office; Assistant City Attorney for the City of Milwaukee; and time as a corporate attorney at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. in Milwaukee.  

Dawn holds a J.D. from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy. Between undergraduate and law school, Dawn was a commissioned officer in the United States Army as a Supply Platoon Leader and Hazardous Materials Officer during Desert Storm, as well as Assistant Brigade Logistical Officer for the 24th Infantry Division.
