Jaime Mafla

Jaime is the Chief Technology Officer of Rehlko. In this role, Jaime is responsible for leading Rehlko's global technology strategy, ensuring the success of all IT Transitional Service Agreements, overseeing the management of IT and data, and managing the development of products and services through the India Technical Center.

Originally from Colombia, Jaime has 20 years of experience driving strategy, culture, transformation, and innovation for large organizations. His track record of delivering results and understanding and resolving capability needs with a design thinking, end-to-end approach make him well-positioned to be a successful IT partner for Rehlko.

Prior to Kohler Co., Jaime was the Senior Director IT & Digital/Business Architect for Baxter. During his 10-year tenure with the company, his accomplishments and track record of successful delivery earned him responsibilities and numerous internal accolades, including a team Chairman’s Award, Baxter’s highest global honor. Before that, he worked in IT for Central Tumaco and ASHE S.A.  

Jaime earned a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad ICESI, a Master’s in Information Technology Management from the University of Wollongong, and has completed the MicroMasters Program in International Business Management from Arizona State University. He also holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
