Jeff Mayerl

Jeff Mayerl leads Home Energy as President and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall results of the business. He leads a talented team that endeavors to accelerate core growth, deliver operational excellence, develop consumer-led innovation, and provide best-in-industry aftermarket parts and service. With more than 20 years of experience, Jeff brings thought leadership, competitive drive, strong business partner relationships, and passion for associate development to his work.

He joined Rehlko in November 2022 after a long and successful career with Kohler Kitchen & Bath. Over his career, Jeff has held roles of increasing responsibility and complexity including Business Director - North America Faucets and General Manager - Kitchen Products & Emerging Markets.

Jeff earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an EMBA from Marquette University. He resides in Cedarburg, WI with his 2 kids and enjoys time with friends and family, hiking, yoga, craft beer, and CEB.
