Power Impact Intelligence Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Rehlko Power Impact Intelligence (“Tools”) provided by Discovery Energy, LLC, d/b/a Rehlko (“Rehlko,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Tools, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of the Tools: The Tools are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only to model potential lifecycle environmental impacts of certain Rehlko products based on user-selected inputs and assumptions. They do not constitute engineering advice, regulatory guidance, or a certified environmental declaration. The Tools are not intended for use in demonstrating regulatory compliance or satisfying any legal, certification, or reporting requirements.
No Reliance / No Professional Advice: The Tools do not replace independent engineering, design, or regulatory analysis. Outputs are estimates only and should not be relied upon as specifications, guarantees, or compliance documentation. Users are solely responsible for validating all assumptions and results. The Tools may not be used as the basis for product selection, system design, engineering analysis, or inclusion in project specifications without independent validation by qualified professionals.
Relationship to Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs): The Tools may incorporate data derived from published Environmental Product Declarations; however, outputs are not EPDs and are not independently verified. Official published EPDs remain the authoritative source.
Assumptions and Inputs: Results depend on user inputs and predefined assumptions. Default values are illustrative only and may not reflect actual conditions. Default values are provided for convenience only and do not represent recommended or typical operating conditions.
No Warranties: Rehlko makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, including any warranties regarding the accuracy of modeled environmental impacts, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose and disclaims all implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehlko shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of, or reliance on, the Tools or its outputs, including without limitation any damages relating to project design, engineering decisions, specification errors, regulatory compliance, loss of business, or loss of profits.
Permitted Use: Users may use the Tool for internal informational purposes only and may not misrepresent outputs or use them in contractual commitments without prior written approval. Outputs may not be redistributed to third parties or presented as official Rehlko data without written approval.
Data Privacy: Personal data is processed in accordance with Rehlko’s Privacy Policy, available here: Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property: The Tools and their content are owned by Rehlko or its licensors and may not be copied or modified without permission.
Modifications: Rehlko may modify or discontinue the Tools or update these Terms at any time.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
