Rehlko Introduces Next-Generation APM804 Control Platform To Advance Data Center Reliability And AI-ready Power Infrastructure

MILWAUKEE, Wis – May 19, 2026: Rehlko today announced the launch of its APM804 Global Systems Controller, a next-generation power control platform designed to address the growing complexity, scale, and resilience requirements of modern data centers and mission-critical environments.

“APM804 is a foundational advancement in how we deliver intelligent power to our customers,” said Hervé Prigent, VP Marketing, Power Systems. “It brings together reliability, scalability, and digital intelligence in a way that directly supports the needs of modern data centers and positions Rehlko for long-term growth in an increasingly complex energy landscape.”

The APM804 represents a strategic evolution in Rehlko’s approach to intelligent, connected power systems, supporting accelerating demand driven by digital infrastructure expansion and AI-enabled workloads. Designed for increasingly dynamic power environments, the platform enables advanced paralleling, scalable system architecture, and deeper operational insight through enhanced monitoring and diagnostics.

By consolidating key control functions into a streamlined platform, APM804 reduces system complexity, improves long-term reliability, and simplifies installation and lifecycle management. Its modern interface enhances operator awareness and enables faster diagnostics and service response, while integrated intelligence supports more efficient operations.

APM804 also improves uptime and operational efficiency through optimized standby and maintenance operation, helping reduce unnecessary generator runtime while ensuring reliable startup performance in grid failure scenarios. Preventive capabilities keep systems in a ready state, supporting mission-critical performance where reliability is essential.

Designed for connected power environments, the platform supports integration with monitoring and facility systems and enables remote visibility through modern communication protocols. Its cybersecurity architecture aligns with evolving regulatory expectations, helping customers protect infrastructure investments and maintain long-term system viability.

The platform supports Rehlko’s Conscious Care™ strategy by improving energy efficiency, extending asset life through preventive intelligence, and aligning operational performance with sustainability and lifecycle optimization goals.

As the next step in Rehlko’s control platform evolution, APM804 provides a consistent, scalable solution across applications ranging from single generator installations to complex, grid-parallel systems, enabling customers to expand and adapt without changing control platforms. This approach strengthens Rehlko’s ability to support its installed base, drive service opportunities, and accelerate adoption of advanced digital capabilities.

The APM804 Global Systems Controller is now available across Rehlko’s KD Series generator sets between 700–4000 kW / 800–4500 kVA and supports a wide range of global applications and power requirements.
