Stephen is Rehlko’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading global manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and procurement across all operating units. With more than 25 years of experience in operational leadership, Stephen has built a reputation for driving performance through strategic vision, operational innovation, and servant leadership.
Stephen began his career as a tool room operator and has since held senior roles at Rockwell Automation, ARIES Industries, and Helgesen Inc., where he led global transformations, M&A integrations, and digital manufacturing initiatives. His leadership style is hands-on and results-driven, with a strong focus on Lean principles, continuous improvement, and team development.
Since joining Rehlko in early 2025, Stephen has accelerated progress in order-to-delivery performance, supplier partnerships, and talent engagement. His ability to connect strategy with execution and build high-performing teams positions him to scale Rehlko’s operational capabilities and support long-term growth.
