Vincenzo Perrone

Vincenzo is the President of Rehlko Engines, having broad experience in the engine industry. He began his career in the computation department of FIAT Powertrain Technologies business unit, later becoming the Engineering Manager for off-road application developments of the NEF platform (New Engine Family – 4.5L and 6.7L engines), a JV between Cummins and Fiat Powertrain Technologies.

In 2002 he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of FIAT Powertrain Technologies North America, a newly created entity in Carol Stream IL. In this capacity, he developed the business with key OEMs, set up the distribution network for engine sales, parts, and service, and provided engineering leadership to CASE - New Holland for adopting the NEF engine platform for Ag and Construction Equipment machines built in 5 manufacturing plants.  

In 2007, Vincenzo was named OEM Engineering manager at John Deere Power Systems in Waterloo IA, and later responsible for a newly created BU for Power generation applications. He came to Kohler Co. as President – Diesel Engines in 2014 and was named President of Kohler Engines in May 2020, responsible for all the company's diesel and gasoline engine activities.

In September 2022, Vincenzo was invited as the Keynote Speaker at the 2022 Diesel Progress Summit in Chicago IL, to present the company's vision for the future of combustion engines.

Vincenzo is a graduate of Sapienza University of Rome with a master’s in mechanical engineering and FIAT internal MBA.
