Founder and CEO, Burr Computer Environments, Inc.
Chip Beaver is one of the founders and Chief Executive Officer of Burr Computer Environments, Inc. (BCEI). BCEI, based in Houston, Texas, is an Engineering and Construction Management firm focusing solely on the design and construction of mission critical data facilities. BCEI has provided turn-key solutions for projects since 1988 as the owner’s single point of responsibility through design, construction, commissioning, and warranting.
As a founder of BCEI, Chip has been responsible for managing all phases of Mission Critical projects, from design development to project completion, for more than 35 years. This includes project programming, architectural and construction coordination, subcontractor and vendor selection, and project critical path scheduling. Chip also performs engineering studies, site evaluations, and lease language review.
BCEI has continued to expand globally to support its largest customer to meet increasing demand from the world’s largest hyperscalers. They are currently operating in 24 countries throughout EMEA and APAC. In addition to BCEI’s continued delivery of AI-ready data centers, they are supporting clients efforts to delivery onsite power generation for the same client base.
